Processing Time

We process orders within one (1) business day of receipt. Dakota Farm Goat Milk Soap and More reserves the right to modify this processing time as needed based on order volume and operational capacity.

UPS/USPS Flexible Shipping

Orders are shipped via either UPS or USPS, depending on package specifications 
and delivery location. The carrier selection is made to optimize delivery 
efficiency and cost. Delivery timeframes and costs are calculated based on 
your location and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Coverage
---------------
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer 
international shipping at this time.

Tracking Information
------------------
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with 
tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your 
package's delivery status.

Shipping Costs
------------
All shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and displayed 
during checkout before purchase completion. The rate shown at checkout is the 
final shipping cost for your order.

Delivery Issues

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that cannot be delivered 
due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Invalid shipping addresses
- Carrier inability to access delivery location
- Regulatory restrictions
- Other unforeseen delivery obstacles

Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims for lost or damaged packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 
We rely on tracking information and delivery confirmation from our shipping 
partners to verify delivery status and resolve any issues.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during:
